I&#039;ve found it more stable the last month or two. It went through a really ropey patch before that.</description>

		<description>So your friends can&#039;t just achieve less than 10% of their projects. What I mean is that you should put a little &#039;?&#039; in your regex so you can use &#039;~1%&#039; as well as &#039;~01%&#039;, the first being more common.</description>
