And I like to follow up with a demonstration where I open the site in a text-based browser (I tend to use Opera and just turn off images and stylesheets) and I can go &quot;this is how google sees your site&quot;  Of course the google argument doesn&#039;t help with idiot excuse number one.</description>

I generally find plain old lack of understanding easier to deal with than excuses. Ignorance can be dealt with when you explain the added benefits. I find &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.isolani.co.uk/presentations/wsg/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Isolani&#039;s presentation about Legal and General&lt;/a&gt; useful as an example of those.

Accessible vs available, well, that&#039;s a problem with our web professional jargon... I try to use as little of that with managerial types as possible!</description>
